An employee’s workload may change in the future. The following example will show you how best to deal with this in Atlanto.
Imagine: Your colleague Mathilde P. is currently working 60% of the time. As of 1 January 2022, her workload is to be increased to 80%. Proceed as follows:
1. Go to Settings, click on Employees and then on the three dots to the left of the employee whose workload you want to edit. There, click on Employment Relationships.
2. You will be taken to the following screen. The first thing to do is to edit the existing employment relationship. Click on the three dots under “Employment Relationships” and click on “Edit”.
3. Add the date until which the current employment relationship is to be continued. After that, click “Save”.
4. Now click on “Add employment relationship”
5. Enter the start date of the new employment relationship. Leave the “To” field empty if it is an open-ended employment contract. In addition, edit the workload accordingly and indicate the days on which the employee is expected to work. Finally, click on “Save” to complete the change of workload.
