Have you set a reminder to scrutinize the corporate strategy once a year and adapt the objectives?
Have the most important milestones (p.a.) in strategy implementation been set for the future?
Are the statements concrete enough for you to be able to subsequently define clear amounts for financial planning and any investments?
Are the fundamental decisions and phased steps defined for corporate processes (marketing, organization/collaborations, management, development/innovation, production, procurement, returns/financing, control, quality assurance) specific enough that detailed planning and implementation can be approached on that basis?
