Have you drawn up a written employment contract?
Have you included all the obligatory information in the employment contract and, ideally, had it legally verified?
Does it require a work permit or other additional registrations?
Have you taken out all compulsory personnel insurance (OASI, DI, IC, ALV)?
Have you joined an LOB? (Compulsory for gross salary CHF 21'510.-, as of June 2021)
Have you taken out occupational accident insurance and (for 8 hours a week) non-occupational accident insurance?
Do you have an introduction plan and a supervisor for the new worker?
