In this release, we mainly focused on improving the bank transactions in Atlanto. Our goal was clear: to help you process your daily bank transactions faster, easier, and with less manual effort.
Especially for SMEs, accountants, and fiduciary companies in Switzerland, this means noticeably more efficiency in the daily processing of payments, payables, and receivables.
The most important new features at a glance
Cash discount payments are now automatically recognized correctly
Previously, payments with cash discounts were displayed as an orange match because the amount did not exactly match the invoice. Atlanto now automatically recognizes these payments as a green match. The cash discount amount is booked automatically in the background, and these payments can now also be processed in bulk.
Automatic posting of foreign currency differences
When paying invoices or liabilities in EUR or other foreign currencies, exchange rate differences often occur. Atlanto now detects these differences automatically and books them directly to exchange gain or exchange loss accounts. These payments are now also displayed as a green match.
Better handling of partial payments
If a customer pays an invoice in multiple installments, the second payment can now also be assigned automatically to the open receivable.
Significantly improved performance for bank transactions
We optimized the speed of the bank transactions section. Especially when processing many transactions, Atlanto now works noticeably faster.
Post all green matches together
You can now process all green matches together. Previously, payables and receivables had to be processed separately.
Optimized colors for a better overview
The color logic in bank transactions has been improved so you can identify open, unclear, and correctly assigned transactions more quickly. You can find a detailed explanation in this FAQ.
