Atlanto 2024 In Review
Before we start the new year, we want to look back at 2024. There are two questions to answer:
What do you need to do to close the year?
Important! Do not forget to add a new financial year and a new VAT period in Atlanto. This is the only way to close the current financial year and open a new one.
What has Atlanto achieved this year?
This year, the Atlanto team was able to improve our business software with many new optimisations. Here is a summary of developments this year:
- Optimisations in accounting:
- If a posting is made to a foreign currency account, the currency and the foreign currency exchange rate in the posting screen are automatically adjusted.
- The zoom function has been optimised to make it easier to read and process the documents in the inbox.
- Optimisation in salary:
- Other wage types have been added.
- Optimisations of time recording:
- You can now filter for all entries and not just for a specific period (e.g. month, quarter, year).
- Recorded hours can now be blocked manually or automatically by the supervisor so that they can no longer be edited.
- Optimisations in project management:
- You can now automatically add standard tasks to every project so that you do not have to enter all tasks manually for every new project.
- You can now generate an analysis of all your projects to see how much turnover, costs, hours, etc. have been accrued, making it much easier for you to check your work in progress for the year-end closing.
- In the overview of invoices, you can now see not only whether the invoice has been issued, but also whether it has been paid.
- You can now add your own documents (plans, drawings, etc.) to a project folder..
- Optimisations in the Contact Manager:
- You can now add the date of birth to your contacts.
- Not only the invoices, but also the projects are now displayed under the contact information.
- General adjustments to improve efficiency:
- You can now add shortcuts to your dashboard and complete the relevant tasks even faster.
- Evaluation options within the Sales module: You now have the option of analysing which customers generate how much turnover and how your products are selling.
- Our API interface can now be used not only by the company owner, but by anyone with the appropriate authorisation.
- You now have the option of paying your outstanding invoices to Atlanto with Twint as well as by credit card and invoice.
- Don’t fancy monthly bills and prefer to pay the full amount for the year straight away? You are welcome to contact us at support@atlanto.ch so that we can send you an annual invoice.
We look forward to the further developments that the new year will bring and, of course, to further collaborating with our customers. We wish you every success in the new year!
