Release Notes April 2024
We are very pleased to tell you about innovations in Atlanto! Thanks to your excellent feedback, we were able to optimise project management in particular.
The following release notes provide more details on these new features and improvements:
Add project members to the project:
The “Select all” function is now available so that not all members have to be added to the project individually. This saves you time when creating the new project:
To make the projects easier to find and provide a clear reference, consecutive numbers are now assigned to the project:
Upload further documents for the project:
You can now upload specific documents (e.g. images, contracts, plans) within the project under the “Other documents” category. These can then be opened there at any time:
Automatic filling in of information when creating invoices and offers for a project
When the documents are created in the project, all fields, such as title, reference, contact, are filled in automatically. This information can be then edited as needed.
New export options
You can now also export the costs for improved analysis. An Excel symbol is now available under costs:
Reopen billed hours
If you have already billed hours, the status changes from “open” to “billed”. You now have the option of reopening these hours:
Further optimisations:
- In the case of bank transactions, both the credit and debit accounts can be adjusted for a collective posting, which greatly simplifies the posting of Twint or Sumup transactions
- Atlanto recognises to which account bank transaction was booked by a particular customer/supplier and then suggests the corresponding posting next time
- Various bug fixes and performance optimisations
