How do I create a salary certificate?

To create a salary certificate, it must first be added to the employee. To do this, click on the 3 dots next to the employee and select Salary certificate. You will then be taken to a new menu where you can add the salary certificate for the year in question.

Important: Once a salary certificate has been created, you can no longer make any adjustments for this employee in the year in question. If you still want to make adjustments, the certificate must be deleted. To do this, click on the 3 dots next to the employee again and delete the salary certificate in the following menu.

If you want to generate a salary certificate, go to Analyses and then “Salary certificate”, then generate a salary certificate for each individual employee.

All entries on the salary certificate are entered in the employee’s salary certificate tab. This includes, for example, whether or not meals are provided.
