Here is what’s new for Atlanto in May 2025:
If a receivable or liability has been settled and Atlanto was able to make the match with the bank payment, you can now write off them all together.
If a claim has already been settled and the customer pays the amount again, the entry appears in brown.
You can now see the VAT amount with every posting.
The screen for creating invoices is now smaller: We are hiding the ‘Colour’ field.
The Product screen is also smaller. The ‘Purchase price’ and ‘Supplier’ fields are no longer displayed.
If you have set up the PostFinance interface and created a payment run, it was previously not possible to subsequently remove individual payments from the payment run – even if you noticed an error. We are changing this with this release: You can now remove individual payments from an existing payment run.
There is now a separate role for the Inbox. A user with this authorisation only has access to the inbox and can upload the receipts on the computer or via the app.
In addition, two different surnames can be entered for Mr and Mrs, if necessary.
