Release Notes February 2023

We are pleased to inform you about new features in Atlanto! As of this week, the Sales & Accounting module is connected to SumUp. All transactions from SumUp can be automatically transferred to the accounting system.

The following Release Notes give more details on these innovations.

SumUp

Has this ever happened to you? You accept card payments with different VAT rates via SumUp devices and transaction fees are deducted. All transactions appear on your bank account, after deduction of transaction fees. Both these fees and the gross turnover with the correct VAT rates must be posted correctly, which includes great accounting efforts on your part.

Atlanto has now partnered with SumUp to fix this problem. Thanks to out interface, transactions from SumUp are automatically transferred to the accounting system and manual posting is no longer necessary. The expected amount goes into a pass-through account that can be written off after the payment is received.

Have you already tried Atlanto’s budget function?

You can now add a budget, which you can then compare with the actual figures. How does it work?

In the accounting settings, you can set a budget for any period you define. Then compare the actual figures with this budget in the analysis.

Expenses App:

You have no need for full accounting yet, but you have a lot of receipts and invoices that you need to keep? Use the Atlanto expense tool! Download the Atlanto app and take photos of your invoices and receipts. These are all collected and saved in the Inbox, then you can export your documents.

Further optimisations:

In addition to new functionalities, we are also working on optimising existing ones. The following improvements have been made:

  • Wage recapitulations can be generated
  • Simplification of the maintenance of financial years and VAT periods
  • Files can be labelled in the app
  • Optimising Atlanto’s performance
