Release Notes April 2023

We are very happy to tell you about new features in Atlanto! As of this week, the administrator can now adjust the working hours of the employees and wage analyses can now be carried out according to departments or locations.

The following Release Notes give more details on these innovations.

Adjust Hours

We have heard your feedback and have been able to add a new feature: From now on, hours recorded by employees can be adjusted by supervisors. This is necessary if, for example, lunch break has not been accounted for or the timer has not been stopped. Now these times can be adjusted directly by the administrator without you having to ask the employee to do so. The hours can be modified in the overview, and you save time.

Advanced Wage Analyses

Do you want to know how many wages are paid per location or department? You can now find out in payroll and the analyses it contains for wage recapitulation.

Under the accounting settings, you can set a budget for any time period you define. Then you can compare the actual figures with this budget under analyses.

Further optimisations:

In addition to new functionalities, we are also constantly working on optimising existing ones. The following improvements have been made:

  • Profit or loss is now carried forward automatically when the definitive annual financial statements are made
  • Negative positions can now be inserted in the budget
  • Optimisation of filters for bank movements
  • Optimising the Atlanto’s performance
