Why are prices being adjusted?
Since Atlanto was launched, we have never increased our prices. In the meantime, the range of functions has grown significantly and so have operating costs (e.g. infrastructure, security, support).
How much will the adjustment be?
The annual Sales & Accounting subscription now costs CHF 44.90 per month (previously CHF 39), and the monthly subscription now costs CHF 49.90 per month (previously CHF 43). The prices for additional users are now CHF 5 in Sales & Accounting (previously CHF 4) and CHF 4 in Time Management (previously CHF 3).
When will the price increase take effect?
The price increase will take effect on 1 January 2026.
What do I get in return?
Regular updates, improved stability and personalised support ensure that Atlanto is constantly improving. You can find an overview of all improvements here.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Your subscription will continue automatically, and the new prices will apply from the next billing date after 1 January 2026.
I pay my bills by direct debit using my credit card. Do I need to do anything?
No, you will be charged automatically.
How will the price adjustment be communicated?
All customers have been informed personally by email.
Can I cancel my subscription if I do not agree with the price adjustment?
Yes. The price adjustment is in line with our terms and conditions. As before, you can cancel your subscription at the end of the current term in accordance with these terms and conditions.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription under the new terms and conditions, you can cancel within 14 days of notification of the price change – but we hope, of course, that you will continue to rely on Atlanto and benefit from the ongoing improvements.
