Post Office Box and Address Supplement (C/O Address)
Post Office Box
To add a post office box, open a contact and enter the post office box number in the second box under ‘Post office box’. You do not need to write ‘Post office box’ in the field; Atlanto will do this automatically. You can also enter a post office box in the third box under ‘Address supplement’.
Address Supplement
You can use the address supplement, for example, if
- the billing and delivery addresses are different
- you want to add an additional line for a department of your customer’s company (no fifth line is possible with the standard address)
- you want to use a C/O address
You can enter the address supplement by opening a contact, clicking ‘Edit’ and entering the address supplement in the third box.
