How can I pay my bill?

There are three ways to pay your bills in Atlanto:

1.   Payment by invoice

At the end of the month, you receive a statement of services including an invoice with a QR payment slip. Settle it within 20 days. 

2.   Payment by credit card

The email you receive at the end of the month contains a link. Just click on “Pay now”. You will then be taken to the order overview of your Atlanto account.

Here, click “Pay CHF XX now”. You will then be redirected to our payment provider “Stripe”. Enter your payment details and pay the invoice by clicking on “pay”. 

3.   Payment by direct debit

After clicking on “Pay now” (analogous to point 2) you will be asked whether you would like to switch to the direct debit procedure (LSV).

If you click “Yes”, your payment details will be saved and the outstanding amount will be charged to your account automatically each month. You will still receive the monthly benefit statement by e-mail.
