New Legal Form

If you change the legal form of your company (e.g. you turn your previous sole proprietorship into a limited company), you will need to set up a new Atlanto account, because the chart of accounts will change.

Click on your company name in the top left-hand corner, add the new company and book the ‘Sales & Accounting’ module in the marketplace. You can now set up and configure the new company. You can use the accounts in parallel and cancel the old account as soon as you no longer need it. The data cannot be transferred automatically. However, you have the option of downloading the contacts from the old account and uploading them to the new account. We have written a separate FAQ for this. The same applies to the products. You can download the receipts from the old account from the inbox and save them locally.
