There could be several reasons. Here are a few:
- Do you calculate based on actual revenue? If so, check whether the invoice in question has already been paid. The invoice will only appear on the VAT return once the invoice amount has been paid.
- Are you looking at the correct period? Atlanto only takes into account entries made up to the date that appears on the VAT return.
- Are you using the net tax rate method? If so, you cannot deduct input tax, which is why the liabilities do not appear on the VAT return.
