Marketing mix checklist

An effective marketing mix is central to any marketing plan. Use the “Marketing mix checklist” to see if you are making the best use of the 7 Ps.

Status

Product: is it known how the company’s products/services must look in order to meet customer requirements?

Physical facilities: has the visible environment been integrated into the marketing mix and a positive outward impression conveyed to customers?

Process management: are the marketing processes flexible and efficient, allowing them to be adapted to changing conditions and, if necessary, optimized?

Personnel: are your employees sure to adopt a manner that promises success?

Promotion: do you know which advertising media speak to your target audience?

Place: do you know how your offering will reach the target audience – at the right time, in the right place and in sufficient quantity?
