Where do I find roles and rights?

To manage roles and rights, access the Employee Overview (2.) via Settings (1.). Now select the staff member whose roles and rights you want to edit. Click on the three dots in the field of the desired employee (3.) and then on Edit.

The following window will appear, listing Permissions (above-mentioned roles and rights).

Boxes marked with a tick indicate the roles or rights of a corresponding member of staff.

How often can a right or role be assigned?

The rights Business Plan Tool, Contact Manager and Employee Management (including Marketplace) can be assigned as often as desired without incurring additional costs.

The roles Administrator, Trustee, Online Banking, Financial Accounting and ERP-Sales enable you to access the module “Sales and Accounting”. You can assign these rights to three users (including yourself) free of charge. For any additional users, you will be charged a small fee, which will be announced before you place the chargeable order. The rights Time Management-Admin, Time Management – Bookings and Time Management – Project Managers give you access to the Time Management module. These rights may also be assigned to three users (including yourself) free of charge.
